They removed the old termite/water damaged beams and installed new beams. They patched the stucco, painted the stucco patch and beam to match to removed pieces. Every afternoon they would clean up their work areas - they actually looked better than they did before they started. The timeline that Kyle provided when he did his bid was very accurate - about 5 working days. The only downside was trying to get work scheduled during a pandemic. I had delays getting my new vanity and sink delivered, and had to delay the start. Then, when I was ready, Kyle had other jobs scheduled, so we didn't get started for almost 2 months."
