Walter (owner) was in the difficult position of coming in and finishing up a remodel begun by another contractor who could not continue. Linares did a wonderful job and provided exceptional value. Walter was great at seeing how an original plan was maybe not the best way to go and proposing a more workable alternative. He is an excellent, dedicated craftsman. His wife, Wilma, was also on site everyday helping with details. There were many unexpected turn in this complicated job but Walter and Wilma held steady, remained flexible, overcame all obstacles, and created a beautiful, warm home space."

"We were assisted by Steve in the sales process. he has been in the business for 15 years and while he is a bit of a salesman, we liked his "no nonsense" approach. He came to our home, designed the elements, and then allowed us to change configuration. What was helpful is having him be definitive in his advice of what works and what doesn't work. But he was also open to feedback and changing things that we wanted to see created differently. I think expertise in the sales cycles was very helpful.
We were provided a quote which was the most reasonable of the 6 that we had received in total. The biggest advantage of working with Closets by Design was Steve's responsiveness, during the sales cycle and afterwards. He followed up promptly with a quote, was not pushy, but continued to check in. Last minute and weekend emails received prompt responses. This level of services continued, and while he was unable to stop by on the installation date, he did follow up to check in and see who the service went. It is nice to meet a sales person, who understands the value of a customer relationship and doesn't ditch the customer the moment the check is signed.
We received excellent and friendly service during the installation process, with a call ahead of time reminding us of the schedule. The house was well protected during the installation process and we had a sense that the installers and the company respected us and our home, trying to stay out of our way and keep things as contained and clean as possible.
On the whole, we received excellent service, a good product and would recommend using the company.

They repaired spots we didn't know existed! Henry visited twice, once as the men were working and the next to inspect the completed job. He was available by phone at any time for questions/concerns. Although we thought the price was expensive like other reviewers, considering what they did on the timeline given and the excellent results, we would definitely use them again.
