"Good knowledge about the project, not always timely, but good work and good workers. Very responsible for communication and progress on the bathroom just some things got in the way of a more timely completion. Design was great and bathroom came out beautiful. Both Matt and Jeff were spot on for problem solving and did a good job. The end result was great."

"Look no further. This is the master framer and deck builder you are looking for. Strong communication skills, he has good contacts in lumber world to get fast deliveries and save some money. His crew is very good too. All new tools from what I noticed. Hired Aleksander for an ADU build in Town of Loomis, CA. He was done with 1000 sq ft plus all the changes that came up due to Engineer and bldg inspector. He even agreed to take on extra work. He also did an addition on the main house! Talk about flexible. Fair price. Fast work. Would hire again. Strongly recommend."

"If you’re looking to get your stairs fix or remodeled entirely to a modern style this is the company you want to use. I originally just wanted my carpet removed and replaced with oak treads and risers but after talking to Russ and seeing other jobs he’s completed put me at ease to change the railings and banisters for a whole new look. Then I found out he could also install wood flooring so I had him install all the flooring upstairs. This man is a true craftsman’s in every sense of the word…it looked so beautiful after the job was completed I couldn’t believe my eyes. Other things I loved about Russ was the fact he stayed in constant contact with you on when he’s coming how long the job would take plus he treated your home like it was his because he made sure everything was protected in plastic and took great care of your belongings to minimize any damage. So if you’re thinking about anyone else…..FORGET IT….this is the company you want!!!"

"Vincent Barron, the owner still working, responded immediately and installed a well built handrail to our steps. I would highly recommend his company."

"On multiple projects both interior and exterior Jonathan has done beautiful work on my home. He has replaced broken fencing created an exterior overhang replacement. Inside he executed an interior remodel which involved painting five rooms and totally remodeling a bathroom including tile and marble. Would not want anyone else to touch my house"

"Highly qualified. The whole team worked together like a well oiled machine. They were prompt and did beautiful work."

"Green Bee Construction's craftsmanship was exceptional. Matthew and his crew communicated with me on a daily basis; updating me on the progress of the project. When problems arose (i.e. more rot), I was informed immediately and brought into the discussion regarding finding a cost-effective solution. The end result from rotting deck to new state-of-the-art-materials deck was outstanding. If you want quality construction, Green Bee is who you want to call."

"Didi did a terrific job constructing a stand-alone studio on our property. He installed interior trim, windows, doors, roofing, etc. He does very high quality work, is conscientious, showed up on time and has a great personality."

"Highly satisfied! James completed the job as promised. Worksite was my living room stair and James kept demo materials and dust contained; thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I appreciated his professional input and went with his suggestion. So happy that I did!"

"Schaut is the best contractor I have ever used. Specifically their project manager Chris Kohler. Chris is so knowledgeable and is so great to work with. I can highly recommend Schaut Construction."
