But everything was done with skill, professionalism, a concern for our having to live in the house and an extraordinary attention to detail that extended all the way to where towel racks should go. Jeff has also installed a dishwasher and garbage disposal for us. - from scratch - with excellent results. Jeff is a problem solver, the sort of professional you want for any job. "I'm having insulation blown into the walls of my 1952 house, and when the insulation guy pulled off the siding he noticed the particle board was wet under a corner of a window. The insulation guy was coming back in a couple of days to complete his work, so I needed a quick response to fix this underlying issue before he blew in the insulation. I pinged Angi, and they gave me David's contact late on a Wednesday afternoon. Based on my picture of the siding showing the corner of the window and the wet board, he estimated a couple of hours work. He was able to show up Thursday about 1:00 and the job was done by 3 by David and his helper. Quick response, excellent work. I would definitely use his services again."

KMA then found Aluminium siding that matched siding that was installed on our house 55 years ago. The porch construction exceeded our expectations. Their price was very fair. KMA did not use subcontractors for our job. KMA is easy to work with. They are excellent carpenters; they did beautiful work."
