"Our project was to replace a deck with a new larger one and build a roof over it. I was nervous about hiring a contractor but Hugo was recommended by a friend. « Go with Hugo, he did a superb job of carpentry in my house ! ». I am so grateful to her! I did hire Hugo. As for his work, the words “top-notch”, “first-rate” come to mind. He and his crew are outstanding professionals. The whole construction was done with such care and proficiency. My husband and I are delighted with the result. Hugo’s work was not inexpensive but I did not want to end up with a car port ! Considering that we got exactly what we wanted, with the quality of both material and workmanship, we felt it was a fair deal. Also, I appreciated Hugo’s passion for his own work and the advice of an experienced builder. As a bonus, he was completely trustworthy, showing up when he said he would, meeting all date-lines, explaining small delays while waiting for Inspections from our County, etc… and taking care of “everything”, like permits or attending to last minute requests. And then, there is another aspect of the total experience: giving us peace of mind instead of worries.. That, to me, was very valuable."

"Henry and his crew are beyond courteous, professional, and pay precise attention to detail. I originally hired H and M to stain my fence but had another emergency that Henry also ended up taking on. First, the fence stain looks GREAT. The team power washed the fence clean of debris, then returned after it was dry to apply the stain. They used the proper staining technique and paid specific attention to detail. They wrapped all items near the fence that could not be moved to protect it from unwanted stain. The job is VERY clean and neat and the fence looks great! I was offered a variety of stains and Henry helped me with any questions I had. In addition, I also had to have my door replaced. Henry was not originally scheduled to do this but politely agreed when he saw my need. He replaced the entire door and frame, including trim and paint. The paint job was VERY neat and professional and the trim replacement and caulking make it look seamless. I cannot express how grateful I am for their quick reply in my time of need and their keen attention to detail no matter what task they are given. I cannot recommend these guys enough! I have found my go-to contractor. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and overall outgoing personalities set them high above anyone else."

"Excellent job! It was clear they are experienced carpenters and painters and take pride in producing quality results. Brothers Carpentry and Paint replaced one exterior door with framing and replaced several interior doors. This included new knobs and for some doors, new hinges. They also painted many of the interior doors. They also made some sheet rock and baseboard repairs for us. Carlos was wonderful to work with, professional and patiently answered any questions I had. Will definitely call them for future projects and would highly recommend them!"

"Geo and his team recently performed exterior repair work on my home to fix rotting wood along corners and gables. The work was extensive and very detailed. The work was thorough and of the highest quality. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the repairs Geo and his crew performed. The work wasn’t easy, the front of the house sits on a tall sloping hill where ladders need to go. His team handled this wonderfully and kept the landscaping intact. From the initial estimate until the final walk-through Geo was courteous and professional and gave meaningful suggestions about which materials to use and where the issues were. "The carpenters added eight shelves and removed the old clothes rods. First, the crew placed protective cover on our hardwood floors from the entryway to the closet. Since the weather was rainy, the crew needed to cut wood in my garage and they completely covered the items in the garage to prevent dust and wood shavings from blowing on the items. The carpenters were extremely professional and their work was impressive. The only recommendation that I would make is to ensure that the wood seams are completely caulked on the undersides of the shelves as well. The walls, ceiling and shelves were painted and the final product is truly stunning. Everyone who has seen the book room gave it glowing compliments."
