"They did an excellent job we are very pleased with their company."

"The owner, Isaac Amar was very professional and thorough in answering my many questions about the work and materials that would be done and used on my deck. His workers were on time and respectful of me and my home. I have recommended Much Better Construction to my neighbors."

"Our front yard needed some structure. Gadi helped design and build two entry pillars in stone masonry, plus a new walkway to the door. The old path was narrow and cracked, and the new one is wide and fits the property better. The pillars gave us a real entrance feel. They also ran low-voltage lights inside the pillars so they light-up at night. It's not flashy, just clean and sharp. The stone matches the front steps, and everything feels like it belongs now. Gadi and his crew kept things simple and stuck to our request. Would work with them again."

"They built the house I needed, thanks to them now I live very happy and grateful to my house and my family, it is a very good company in which I could trust my house and my money, they work professionally, clean, responsible, a company with values, with an excellent ability to do the job. I recommend this good company."

"David from CA cabinets did a great job in a timely manner for a competitive price. They painted my house and replaced the windows. It was a great experience and David was pleasant to work with.would highly recommend this company for your next project."

"Felipe's wood working skills are fantastic. He had to replace a section of redwood molding around a window on a second story. The replacement molding wasn't an exact profile match but after he was done installing and painting, you would never know. It looks perfect. I also hired him to clean off a shed roof that was a mess. It turned out to be more work than he expected but he honored his bid and did another great job and cleaned up beautifully. He is a really great guy and we look forward to having him help us with our bathroom remodel."

"Highly recommend Yusuf. He gets the job done well, great with communication and a really nice guy. I have hired him several times for both plumbing, sink repair and a full deck replacement."

"After starting the remodeling of my Townhouse I hired Local Home Services owned by Derek Bingley, who did the work. Derek had the knowledge and skill necessary to do all of the work I requested and more. The work he did was of the highest quality. Derek was also reliable, and always came when he said he would. Derek also was very neat, and cleaned up as he worked, which is especially important when one's home is the work space. Derek did what he said he would in a very speedy and accurate manner. Derek was the best of anyone I hired in completing my remodel. I am so thankful that he was able to squeeze me into his schedule and to complete the work I needed done. I highly recommend Derek, and Local Home Services for work that you need done. I could not have completed the work in my Townhouse with Derek and Local Home Services. Derek and Local Home Services prices were reasonable, and the level of skill, experience and the finished result were exceptional. Derek is the best. Thank you so much Derek and Local Home Services!"

"The worker arrived on time. He seemed overwhelmed. He stated: "this is a lot". I explained the projects were clearly listed prior to his arrival. I requested that he place the Ring camera on the garage facing the back entrance. He started muttering that he probably could not do this. I explained there was ample wiring in the garage, He never went into the garage to check. Rather, he placed the camera at the back door, merely replacing the light that was there. I think he spent 5 minutes doing this. This was the most important job. The payment is rigged. It is hourly or half-hourly. The worker obviously worked very slowly, taking 2 hours to replace a ceiling fan, not needing to rewire anything. He added an extra half hour at the end, claiming that he had begun a new half hour (had not). I made the decision not to have him check the gutters, as he very obviously had no expertise."

"Oscar and his assistant did stellar work. My kitchen was a mess. It had been previously painted several times without proper sanding and attention to detail by my Landlord. Oscar was so easy going and calm about the whole thing. It took a day less than projected and the clean up and attention to detail was perfect. I would and will hire him again!"
