"Ryan was great. I was thinking of listing my house and the agent did a walk-through and pointed out a long list of items that needed to be done so I needed a general all-around handyman and Ryan was just that person. He was great to work with. He was personable, reliable, communicated with me on the schedule and daily work, gave a detailed invoice at the end of each week, offered new ideas. I would highly recommend Ryan and I will use him again. If you have a bunch of nagging projects around your home, don’t hesitate to hire Ryan and get it done. You’ll be glad you did."

"K&A were quick to respond to my inquiry. They got a clear understanding of the job and provided a fair estimate in a timely manner. They were able to accommodate our timing for have the work done. On the day of installation they weee on time, worked diligently and incredibly polite, friendly and professional. The work they performed was top quality including maintaining a neat job site. Without a doubt, we will hire them again for other home repair / project work."

"The project was completed on time. The bathroom ceiling looks great. The contractor cleaned up very well at the completion of the job."

"I almost donâ t want to leave this review because I want to keep them a secret for myself... Warren and his team are top notch. Hired them to basically remodel our entire condo: New floors, new counters, paint walls and ceilings, cabinet painting, light fixtures and ceiling fans, new toilets, hardwood stairs, you name it. Not only was the work done professionally, Warren communicated with me frequently, and he ALWAYS responded. Being an out of state owner, this was critical for me, and he really delivered. Very organized with billing, and his the pricing was great. As a matter of fact, I added on quite a few things as we went and he kept on track and worked everything in without hesitation. I will work with Howard and Best Co again, without a doubt. If youâ re reading this review and still wondering who to hire - stop now and just call them. I donâ t think thereâ s a better contractor experience out there."

"The work done was very well done. I will be hiring again in the spring of 2026. Thank you so much!"

"Excellent professionalism! Very skilled, but willing to do many different “handy tasks” like curtain rods and hanging pictures. He easily put together small furniture from Amazon, but also does cabinetry, drywall, etc. I highly recommend Blake cleancut services!!"

"Did a great job repairing our deck stairs and was really affordable"

"Jerry has done many projects for me over the last three years. He takes my ACs out in the Fall and puts then back in in the Spring. He has done plumbing and electrical work, and helped to set up my patio furniture. I also had a problem with birds flying in and out of the eaves to sit on the cable wires. Jerry installed screening under the eaves and that solved the problem. Jerry is personable and honest. I always look forward to him coming to my house."
