Within a day he came to review the scope of work, gave me a written proposal, and a start and finish date. Everything was done as promised, on time and for the agreed upon price. He and his staff are always on time, very polite and honest. Eric does work to his standard which honestly was higher than my expectation. In addition, he offered to return after the carpenters were done to handle any touch ups. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."
