"• The coupler on the trailer was bent. • The trailer itself was in good condition. • The owner called Alex Ortega for assistance. • Alex reviewed the situation and I purchased a new coupler from Harbor Freight. • Alex spent six hours welding the new coupler onto the trailer. • The job was done very well, and the owner was very pleased. • The owner recommends Alex Ortega for any welding jobs. • The owner uses the trailer to transport their trike and move items from stores. • The owner notes that paying for delivery from stores can add up, making a trailer a worthwhile investment."

"Had an emergency front door repair, they immediately called back soon as B & R opened, gave a time they would come out, they arrived on time, fixed the door without a trace of any damage, I can't believe the amazing job they did. True professionals, I will only hire B & R for all my home repairs. Good American Craftsman at an unbeatable price. Thank you again B&R"

"We had a major remodeling of our primary and guest bathroom, walk-in closet, fireplace, and laundry area. We are glad to say they thrilled us about the results, now we feel like we live in a luxurious hotel every day! The good thing about working with Best Builders Group is that they have plenty of resources, and they have experts in different areas. We asked for a lot of changes and they always try very hard to accomplish them even though some of them were hard tasks. The team is very professional and what’s more important is that they are always patient in communication. We want to thank Zohar and all the team members who took good care of the house! We really appreciate their positive attitudes and energies towards work, and we feel very safe to see them working in our house. Not only did they take care of the project professionally, but they also helped with a lot of miscellaneous work such as helping deliver orders from local vendors and meeting with other vendors on making work smoother, which we truly appreciate!"

"Loved the quality and craftsmanship!"

They use skilled, on time workers , who work a full day. They get there work done within a scheduled and timely period. I'm very happy with the work they've Done, Hope to do business with them again."

"They did a great job building our new deck. We highly recommend them."

"Our remodel is beautiful and for the most part complete. However, the process to get to beautiful was problematic. Communication was difficult, and we found the crew working on our project to be substandard at times. Now that we have been in the home for a couple of months, we are finding some issues that still need to be resolved, and we were recently sent a check from Cielo to have some tile floors refinished that were not properly installed the first time by their crew. Julian, one of their finish carpenters, is fantastic. He is capable, nice and does gorgeous work. Construction is a tough world, and it's hard to find people that are trustworthy and do all-around good work. We suggest that do your homework and always check plenty of references."
