"Jim did wonderful work on refinishing floors that had been carpeted. They are exactly how I remembered them. He explained everything along the way and contacted me when something came up that was unexpected (as one might have when carpet covers everything. He is timely and a wonderful personality to work with. I'm sure I will contact him again for other work."

"Very pleased with my new home, I am so excited to show all my friends and family. It was done extremely fast and came out very good. ANYONE looking for exterior work should use this company. The project manager Chris was great and on top of everything!"

"I’d really like to take this time to thank rough diamond construction and Nate Miller for a wonderful wonderful job that they did for us. They took my bathtub and made a walk in shower, beautiful job and moved my washer and dryer upstairs where it was a lot more convenient for me and my husband to do laundry. I can’t thank them enough. They’re very courteous. They’re great if you ever need any kind of work done, I would highly recommend them to do the job. Thank you again Nate thanks for everything."

"Terrific !!! Tony did a perfect job of cleaning our gutters and downspouts. He charges a very fair price and is the nicest person you would ever want to deal with. I absolutely recommend him to anyone that needs gutters cleaned. He also does plumbing and electrical work."

"Nice group of people to work with, courteous. Cleaned out gutters, repaired a downspout and installed seamless gutters. Reasonable price too. We highly recommend this business"

"I can't thank Mark enough for being a voice of reason who stepped in to help us deal with a tricky situation.
He is a straight forward, smart guy who cares about his clients. And that's not to say he doesn't care about the bottom line, too. He got us the best rate out of the three lenders we spoke with, and he made sure we understood exactly what we our options were.
He is extremely responsive and quick -  and you cannot underestimate the degree to which hustle can matter in housing transactions. He's an all-around gem, so glad we found him.

"The gentlemen were not only early because they knew it was going to rain, they were very polite, respectful, and did an awesome job. They even helped me move some extra furniture. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Pete(Derek) and Jeff."

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"Eric repaired existing laminate wood flooring in my Mt Washington condo. Despite weeks of shopping I could not find panels to match and only Eric offered to do the job with the little existing stock we had. He offered to do the job within a week of our first meeting but my wife insisted on trying to find more panels to no avail. Eric showed up a week after we called him back with a very qualified assistant and finished the job within about 4 hours. It is absolutely perfect and he came in at half the price of the other contractor we talked to (the original installer BTW). All I can say is Eric and his company are great. His website says he is out of Indiana PA but he clearly services Pittsburgh."

"Quick to respond both setting up contractor and deciding on disposition of claim. Would recommend them to anyone. Highly respectable company with strong focus on Customer Service"
