"Ryan was great. I was thinking of listing my house and the agent did a walk-through and pointed out a long list of items that needed to be done so I needed a general all-around handyman and Ryan was just that person. He was great to work with. He was personable, reliable, communicated with me on the schedule and daily work, gave a detailed invoice at the end of each week, offered new ideas.
