"They are expensive! They are very professional when trying to get the job and they are great to work with until they get paid. Then they stop calling you back! So if you go with them, make sure you write down every single detail you want done and make sure it's all done before you make that final payment. They painted my entire house and stained hardwood floors (plus installed some where there was carpet). It was a large job and they got paid well but once done we notice several small things they did incorrectly. Initially the owner, Henry, answered my phone calls and said he would arrange for painters to return to my home to finish these small details but they never arranged a time and now they don't return my calls or answer any texts like they did before the final payment was made. I was ready to give them 5 stars for everything but it's now 3 months since they completed the work and they still haven't returned to fix the minor details. I want to give them 1 star on customer service but I don't want to ruin their business just beware. Next time I would withhold some money for another two weeks until you are sure that they did everything completely. Very disappointing because they are a full service company and I was prepared to hire them for several other jobs as well as reccommed them to friends and neighbors until they chose to just stop responding. Very unprofessional way to handle some very minor oversights. As a business owner I just couldn't understand why they would lose a customer that paid them handsomely and on time over some very minor details that could probably be handled in 1 hour (door handles upside down, shoe molding not painted, blinds reinstalled incorrectly, etc). That's why I waited 3 months to post this but unfortunately they still haven't responded. So my warning is to write everything down and pay attention to details and don't pay them everything until you have had a few weeks to look around the entire house. Overall good job but be prepared to stop hearing from them once the final payment is made. They don't value repeat customers."
