"Man, it's so expensive for anything you have to do to your house. Sticker shock is crazy but once you get over the fact that no matter who you hire, it's going to cost more than you expected then you can find the best team for the job. I chose deck because they simply specialize in decks. It wasn't cheap but they weren't crazy expensive like some of the other quotes I got. I had one quote $40k to replace a few boards and paint the entire deck and stairs. Another company wanted $20k, another company told me to knock it down. WHAT? Anyway I went with Ideck for $4500. They were quick and used the good paint and primer."

"Much Better Construction recently demolished and hauled away an old wooden deck from our backyard. They replaced it with a beautiful new one in 4 1/2 days! Isaac, the owner, was great to work with. He came by multiple times each day to check on his crew to make sure everything was going well. I couldn?t be happier with my new deck! "I was originally planning to get a wooden door, but Tony explained how much cheaper and easier it would be just to get a pre-hung metal door. He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. None of the other people I interviewed for the job thought to suggest that, and one of them gave me an estimate of $1,500! I am very happy with the door; it's heavy-duty and looks just like wood. Tony, his son, and Cody were extremely, polite, professional, and helpful. They did the work in a timely manner and told me to be sure and call them it there were any problems. "It went great. Al and one of his handymen arrived on time, completed the job quickly, cleaned up after the work, and then helped my neighbor with a job he needed done. They split the cost between the two of us, which was very nice!! They have a two hour minimum, and each job took less than half an hour. But, it was worth it to each of us to have the jobs done and done well. My kitchen is nice and bright now!! I would definitely hire Al and his crew again. The cost shown below is my half of the bill."

"We decided to install an outdoor kitchen and needed a solid base. The crew created a large concrete slab that measured around 400 sq. ft. They first excavated, installed a compacted gravel base, and added rebar before framing everything out. Drainage slope was included so water doesn't pool, and they ensured utilities could run through conduit before the pour. The slab was finished with a smooth surface since it will later be tiled. Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. The precision in layout and attention to detail stood out to me. It feels like we've got a reliable foundation for years of outdoor use."

"I'm so happy that I found David at CA Cabinets! He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."

Our remodeling project was to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms and it was on time and within the promised budget, there were no unexpected issues or problems that could not be solved or left aside. More than that, they were all solved in a very timely manner with the working crew, who were very friendly, organized and clean. We must admit that they were not the cheapest, but they were worth each and every penny. We highly recommend INA Kitchens and we will hire them again."
