"We needed to have our basement remodeled, requested a quote, and the owner was onsite in a few days, he was extremely flexible with our busy schedule. He provided us with a quote shortly after in a timely fashion. The work was of high quality, and completed in the estimated time. The overall price was reasonable and the project stayed on budget. Wally and all of his workers were always polite, professional, punctual, and extremely responsive. I would recommend this company to any for any of your home improvement needs. We are extremely satisfied, and look forward to working with Manfredia Carpentry in the future. We love our new basement!!!"

"Deck repair was completed in a timely manner and very superior work. Great price as well."

"Rich did a great job replacing the railing in my house. The work was very good. We discussed other projects in the house which he agreed to do the work. He replace the floor in the hallway and there were mistakes made in the work. We agreed to address it later after he did some of the other work we agreed to that he would do. He was paid in full for every job he did. He made multiple promises to return and do some other work. We had dates agreed upon that he would move forward and do additional work . The excuses started and then he never showed up. Did return calls or text messages on his status of returning. The floor was never redone after he was paid and I stated that I would pay him again to do right the second time around. The guy just never showed up again. Rich is a very nice guy and I did like working with him. It was just very disappointing that he stopped showing up and returning my messages. I would recommend him for replacing your stairs but buyer beware of his follow up"

"Home Genius did an awesome job on our siding. The project manager Ethan was very thorough and made sure we were happy during the entire install process. The house looks absolutely amazing and we couldnâ t be happier. I wouldnâ t use anyone else other than home genius to work on my home!"

"Mr. Hill and crew did an excellent job refurbishing an outdoor screened-in patio. Job included new doors, screens, paneling, and painting. Quality of work was good. Cost was fair. And they finished in 3 days."

"Honesty Construction more than exceeded their name of the company! My deck was in dire need of repair, all floor boards, stairs, seating and top rails needed to be replaced. They worked through many options with us and patiently arrived at the best option to meet our requirements. The final work was great and they have my referral-reference any time!"

"Perry, was easy to work with, he stayed on top of everything. He went over and above what most contractors do. The trust and confidence his crew gave me was outstanding and very reassuring. I had to leave my property for the duration of the project but the crew kept me well informed of the progress. I would highly recommend D. Willis General Contractors, Inc. for any project."

"PG Tedesco has done 2 projects for me - addition of a first floor laundry center snd addition of a large window in my kitchen. I had 2 other builders tell me the laundry center couldnâ t be done. Paul figured it out and itâ  s perfect. His carpenter, painter, electrician, & plumber were always on time, courteous, and did excellent work. For the window, he was able to match an existing large bay window exactly with a large double hung window added to the perpendicular wall. It looks like they were all done in the same project."

"Joe is an excellent carpenter, very honest and easy to work with and does very high quality work. He replaced the decking on our house and paid attention to the little details needed to make it a quality job. He started and completed the work as promised. I will use him again and highly recommend him for carpentry work."
