"The project to replace an exterior utility door and some sheetrock work was handled better than the big home contractors and in a timely manner. His excellence work showed in the finish project. I will not hesitate to contact Mr. Mansfield to handle any future projects. Great Job Sir."

"I could not recommend CNM more. Very professional and the work is excellent. It's difficult to find a contractor who does excellent work but who also knows how to communicate. Cary Boquet is both. He did the work quickly and professionally, was respectful of our space and belongings, and communicated throughout the process to make sure that all of our choices and preferences were taken into account. The porch looks gorgeous!!!"

"We’ve custom-built and remodeled homes on five occasions and from that perspective I give SES a solid thumbs up. They recently completed a kitchen renovation on our apartment and we are very happy with the outcome and the price paid. Perry’s estimate was detailed and specific and allowed us to complete the project as scoped for the price quoted — a first for us. The project progressed at an acceptable pace and SES coordinated well with the subs we selected ourselves for cabinets and countertops. As is the case with all builders, there were a few glitches and some of their crew were more skilled than others. Their demo crew, cabinet installer and tile guy were first-rate, their paint guys OK and their floor guy and cleaners not very good. SES addressed concerns related to the latter two with redos and fee reductions, respectively. They inadvertently disposed of $300 worth of cabinet lighting they were supposed to reuse, but they immediately agreed to replace it at their expense. Similarly, I had asked them repeatedly to provide me with copies of receipts for parking so I could get these reimbursed by the insurance company (the project was necessitated by water damage caused by our upstairs neighbor) but they neglected to do so and as a result offered to not charge us for parking (which HAD been included as a line item in their bid). Owner Shawn was very personable and responsive, and office manager Ashley was a pleasure to deal with, keeping things moving along and ensuring punch list items and other requests were addressed in a timely fashion. Communication generally was excellent. There were no times when anyone became difficult to work with, another first for us. I would gladly use SES again and I recommend them without reservation."

"One Vet One Hammer did one excellent job installing my fence. Beautifully done. He also left the yard without any trace of leftover debris or stray nails. Very pleased. Great job Marco. Thanks again."

"Working with Mr. Torres has been an exceptional experience. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuine grace set him apart in an industry where these qualities are often hard to find. He approached our project with transparency, offering several detailed quotes that reflected different scenarios, and his final price was exactly what he initially promised. What truly impressed us was his commitment to ensuring our satisfaction he accepted payment only once the work was completed to the highest standard. Weâ ve already engaged him for future projects, as his honesty and reliability have earned our trust and respect. We wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Torres to anyone seeking a contractor who embodies integrity and excellence."

"Leo Sr. and Jr. were very easy to work with. They were excellent carpenters and painters. I would recommend them to everyone."

"I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Roth Construction, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. They took the time to understand my vision, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered beyond what I imagined. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding — every detail, from the tile work to the fixtures, was done with care and precision. They stayed on schedule, kept the workspace clean, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent craftsmanship with such great customer service. I highly recommend Roth Construction to anyone looking to remodel their home. My bathroom now feels like a luxury spa, and I have them to thank for it!"

"We really appreciate how organized Cole and project manager Devin are. They organized the subcontractors easily and were always just phone call away. They always came to check on the quality of work and addressed any questions or challenges that came up in a timely manner. The plumber and electrician they used for our bathroom project were very professional. We will be hiring them for more projects this year."

"Contractor was superior in project management, daily hands-on review of progress, all labors were courteous, listened to any concerns and daily picked up all trash, and stored all equipment. They made this a less stressful experience. I highly recommend them higly for professional job."
