"The contractor put stains on my stairs, he was not responsive to my requests to fix spindles that were installed facing the wrong direction and the base on 3 spindles were loose. He was very sarcastic and argumentative through the whole process. He finally fixed all the items aforementioned except the stains on my steps because I was tired of dealing with him I decidednto deal with the stains myself."
