"I needed to have the opening for a new garage door reinforced to support the new door, and have the cracked and uneven concrete floor of my pre-1947 garage repaired. Sebastian confirmed our appointment by phone and arrived on time to take a look at the project. He understood what the garage door installers needed to have done in order to install the new door and suggested a couple of alternatives to complete the project. He clearly explained the work that needed to be done. Sebastian's estimate arrived when he said it would. He kept me updated during every step of the job. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves after each day's work. I was very impressed with Sebastian's professionalism and attention to detail and would definitely him again."

"I am glad that my first choice for a contractor was Bayside Builders. I like the fact that their work ethic is on point and they make sure everything goes according to plan before leaving each day. Our home renovation project went smoothly plus it came out looking great. We are 100% satisfied with the results, and would definitely recommend them!"

"Richard documented and itemized the work to be done in a good quote. This made it easy for me to select the priority services I wanted. While I bought the replacement door, Richard was helpful advising me what door to select, and an efficient Home Depot to get it at. Richard was patient while inspecting the work to be done, and explaining what was need. Richard began in a timely fashion, and worked with my schedule. i am very happy with the resulting door installation."

"Our kitchen remodel with McCormick Home Builders went beyond our expectations. Leoni and her team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. The open layout design changed the way we use the space, and it’s been perfect for family gatherings. They were prompt, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. Really impressed!"

"I had a great experience working with Gold Bay Builders on an ADU project. I handled the electrical panel upgrade and worked alongside them while they took care of the ADU construction. As someone working on the same project, I appreciated their professionalism, teamwork, and the care they put into their work. I’d gladly work with them again and highly recommend Gold Bay Builders to anyone planning an ADU or construction project!"

"Not only did Eddie and Yesenia take care of our framing they also assisted us with finish carpentry and complete installation of the cabinetry. We were skeptical to hire them because they are a very new company but once we met them and understood Eddie’s decades of experience and their family oriented business we were very comforted. We also were helping our aging parents make their house comfy and safe to live their remaining years. MW was the only GC that aimed to please and work within our budgets. They also advised and predicted other costs that might arise so we could budget for it. At the end of the day the work was done timely and expertly. I wish the very best for this amazing family. They have truly become friends of mine. I an so grateful for what they have done for our parents. Thank you Eddie, Yesenia, and Lalo!!!!"

"Did a great job replacing the weather stripping and ended up having to add to this project and fix the door’s lock. Would hire again!"
