"Brock was terrific to work with. Helped us think through the project and make informed decisions about wood vs concrete stairs. The concrete walkway looks great as do the stairs! He even took spare wood from the main project and fixed broken latticework. We will definitely ask him again when we have more contracting tasks to do!"

"We hired Smithe to fix the crumbling base of our driveway, where a pit had developed where our property met the road. They were everything you could ask for when hiring a contractor: communicative, on schedule, affordable, and delivered with quality. "Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!"

"Job was done perfectly. Passed the main test being my wife. She was very pleased. Steve also gave us a quote to attach a gate to our deck which was also done perfectly. Braden did a great job of finishing the work. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thanks again to Steve and Braden. Quality work. Timely. Cleaned up after. You could tell they care about what they do."

"Hired Denton Interiors to build a custom deck around my pool and concrete patio area. It is beautiful! He built the steps coming down from the back door and the other areas onto the patio just how I wanted them to be. He painted it as well! Many compliments from neighbors and guests. Very pleased he kept me in the loop and made sure things were as I wanted. If issues came up, he was very quick to solve them with my approval. Very reasonable price for quality work and he will work within your budget. Friendly, honest, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!"
