They are contractors but moreso they are craftsmen. They really came through on every detail. Not an easy project by any means. A lot of damage to be repaired on top of a complete rebuild of a large deck. They really took care to keep the construction footprint small. This helps with any HOA. Extremely respectful of our neighbors & genuinely nice guys. Very clean worksite. We absolutely intend to have them back for the other things such as wood rot, a utility door & rain gutter repair. Their communication, top notch. They're always available, polite & follow up. I'm a tough customer when it comes to wanting to know status. They were polite and accommodating each and every time.
