"When I contracted with Dave, he gave me estimates that included what it would cost if no posts needed replacement or if posts did need replacement. Upon inspection, Dave said that no posts needed to be replaced. He did repairs on 3 posts & replaced the bottom trim on all 4 posts. He then repainted all the posts & fascia. I was so happy with his honesty,work & reliability (he kept all appointments, reminded me when he was coming & arrived on time) that I am contracting with him to do some other jobs around the house."

Joe visited our property to discuss our needs/wants and had great suggestions when we weren't sure of what we wanted. Lana at the nursery was a big help in showing us options for the garden. Joe picked what would work in the location. and the garden looks great. Joe suggested that we wait until the weather breaks to plant the trees we picked. A suggestion we appreciate because the cooler weather will give them a healthier start. Five stars for Plymouth Nursery."

"let me preempt this review by saying that i am extremely fussy when it comes to contractors. from my perspective its about key aspects of the experience. In no particular order, does the contractor engage - return phone calls, prompt, polite and professional. Is their pricing competitive, doesn't have to be the cheapest but competitive. is the quality of the work good? this is objective from the start, can i see prior reviews, work, speak to customers etc and lastly we've all had crews where there was nothing but pain, didn't communicate (speak English) are they polite and most of all clean up after themselves (this is a big one, especially if you want a happy home life!!). so lets drill down in to a few of these. Firstly Geno is a great communicator, revised pricing quickly, gave advise, honest and prompt communication. After he got the job he managed my expectations on timing and everything associated with it. He didn't just disappear after he got the order, he was on site every few days and i was able to engage with him on a friendly level, just an all round great guy. On pricing, we obtained pricing from 5 different contractors and Geno was very competitive, no several rounds of pricing and back and forth, he put his best price forward straight away, very easy. the real final one for me s the crew. I cant speak highly enough of Geno's team, a few of the nicest people i have ever met. They were at our home for 5 weeks (it was a big job) and most weeks they worked 6 days most weeks. I have never come across a better team and a cleaner team. A full house residing project is a big job in anyone's language and these guys left the house spotless at the end of every day. In COVID times they were very safe, great communicators and didn't mind all the silly questions i asked. The little things count for everything and even coming to see me and recommending i buy an additional roof vent and why was such a nice touch - if i could give these guys 20stars i would !"

"We recently moved and choosing this company was a great decision for us. Micheal and his company were very helpful and did their work very efficiently. We had them do a couple things in our house such as recessed lightings, painting our garage floor, closet remodeling, and the biggest project which was the front porch. I highly recommend this company if you need any renovations done in your home. Micheal always arrived on time and is very knowledgeable as well and he has plenty of experience. The prices are also very reasonable and their work is high quality. After their work is done, they always clean up as well. Overall I am very impressed and happy with the work they did to my home."

"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."
