"We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable. Their repair was exacting to code and saved us from a total roof job. The repair was exceptionally well done. The professionalism, attitude and "Can-Do" response was prompt and can not be over-stated! The ease of working with just ONE contractor for all things was also stress-free. We still have one remaining project on the outside of our home that we are currently awaiting an estimate for, from PBR. Our home was built in 1973 and after all these projects were completed, the house looks like new on the outside thanks to PBR and ALL their hired folks. Each and every one were pleasant, easy to work with and we even had fun while these projects were in works. The beauty and appearance of our home now is remarkable. We have had so many compliments from neighbors, friends etc., who pop by and are very impressed by everything they see. "Mike initially installed a storm door and some pulls on my kitchen cabinets. In completing that jose he discovered mold in my kitchen! He referred me to an environmental company. I ended up with a major under floor leak and needed to replace the floor in my bathroom, hallway and kitchen. I also ended up replacing my kitchen counters. After the mold containment (excellent company and removal btw) Mike showed with his assistant on a Monday morning. The job wasn't easy. They worked every day that week and on Saturday I had a beautiful new kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The original floors were wood laminate. I replaced them with ceramic tile that looks like wood. I love them! I chose the same but a lighter colors for my countertops. In putting my downstairs back together, there was drywall, painting, lighting, a new vanity, rebuilding cabinets. All were done perfectly. And they did a fabulous cleanup before they left. I just moved here and it has been a challenge to find trustworthy folks to do home maintenance. I am very thankful I found Mike and Handyman Construction. I will be calling him again for my next project. Thanks Mike!"

"Ben was prompt and knowledgeable. His estimate was the most reasonable we received. I showed him a picture of a deck railing panel that I liked (Chinese Chippendale) and he modified the design and built it to fit into a railing space on our front porch. He also replaced top railing and support posts of that entryway. He also tore out two windows and replaced them with a set of French doors and again did an excellent job. Would recommend him to anyone. He is personable, tidy and fast but thorough and takes great pride in his work"
