Get matched with top carpenters in Overland Park, KS

"Renew crew knocked it out of the park and exceeded expectations! They built a fence and a deck for us. We ran into a couple of unexpected costs when removing the old deck of some rotting wood on the house. They fixed that as well and did not price gouge us at all. They also replaced a window and built a retaining wall that tied into our project perfectly! They were quick, and very efficient, but did not sacrifice quality. Chris, the carpenter is exceptional! I worked construction for over a decade and have not seen a carpenter as good as Chris! Rob the owner was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable in his field and had great vision. I seriously don’t think we could’ve found a better company to build our project. They also beat out other competitive bids and started within the week. We love our new deck and fence. Again we are blown away by the quality and attention to detail."

"Donald gave me a very competitive quote on a deck repair and staining for a house I’m going to rent out. He gave a really reasonable quote, communicated the whole time, and finished up in 2 days. I cannot recommend him enough. I’ll be hiring him again for any deck repair and/or build needs."

"Chad was so professional and involved us in every step of our crown molding project. The end result was a beautiful finished product. I would highly recommend him to anyone!"

"We have used Excel for several projects now, including replacing siding, building deck stairs and posts. He is awesome and is always our first call when a new project comes up!"

"Great, honest work done by Milton, Owen & Crew. Quality of work was high, communication was great, and delivered on timeline - Would highly recommend hiring Absolute Painting & Remodeling"

"Paul is wired for conscientious work and cost effectivenessâ Itâ s in his makeup. Not only is he a master finished carpenter who does exquisite work, more importantly he looks for opportunities to improve project design and save cost. For our project, he suggested simple low cost ways to improve utility by modifying design and reusing materials. Simple, low cost steps that improved the result by multiples. An important (free) dividend of working with Paul is his knowledge of the other trades. He Integrates well with them and has a network of contacts he can bring in for plumbing, electrical and painting work. We are new to KC so it was a huge bonus to leverage his relationships to get reliable help. You canâ t go wrong with Green Bridge Designs and Paul Kinslow."

"Moises was excellent with his communication, information he provided, and the detailed attention he gave my quote. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and didn't require any money up-front (rare these days). He gave me a timeframe, which he kept to, and completed the job recently. The railing looks AMAZING, and it's nicer than I expected. The ONLY issue I had is I paid full price, and there a few nicks and burrs, which he promptly came out and "fixed" by sanding/filing down, and spray painting. I would have liked there to be NO issues, so the powder coating wouldn't be compromised. I'll have to watch those trouble spots for the paint to fade/peel. Otherwise they were EXCELLENT, and I"d HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!"

"Gabriel and Cody did a wonderful job replacing our old and failed composite deck with beautiful, stained cedar. The new deck was built, updated with black metal spindles and stained. The existing arbor was reinforced, power washed and stained for the first time. It looks like new! They are good carpenters with attention to detail. We would highly recommend them!"

"Matthew did numerous projects for me. Built me an entire new fence to replace an old one, repaired an aging deck, and repaired my lawn shed. Work was done in a timely manner, work was very well done. I highly recommend CPR to anyone needing projects done well and priced fairly. Will hire Matthew again."

"Hard workers and excellent job!"
