"Jim & Brian did a beautiful job on my home. They were fast, efficient, and thorough. They were here on time every morning. They helped me choose the color of paint and it was the perfect color. Several of my neighbors gave me compliments about how good and professional they were. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"I had an excellent experience. They did exceptional work and the house looks 100x better. Ethan was my project manager and made sure I was happy with the end result!"

"Nate was available within the next day of contacting him to give a reasonable quote, was accommodating in doing his best to do the remodel to our standards and gave many choices for fixtures, sink top and shower. All of his workers kept us informed of what they were doing. Would highly recommend. I love my new bathroom!"

"John did an excellent job putting a 10 by 20 porch with roof on our new mobile home. The quality of his work is excellent. He underbid all other estimates from other contractors. We're very pleased with the quality of his work and overall professionalism. John just finished our project on 10/12/26 and we're already receiving compliments on his work from folks who are driving by. He has a very pleasant personality and is very easy to deal with."

"Chad was AWESOME! He responded within hours of me making the request for an estimate (needed 3 carpentry things to my kitchen cabinets in my reno). He can to the house within a few days and after negotiating the price, did the job within the week! He is professional and personable and showed up on time. He laid runners on the floors to not track things in the house when going from the porch (his traveling workshop set up) to the kitchen. He always had his shoes off when in the house as a courtesy. He was meticulous and thoughtful in his work. He had ZERO issues talking something through with me as the non-professional consumer. And he is a military vet! Chad is on speed dial for anything carpenter related!!"

"The carpenter was exceptional and provided excellent workmanship. He has a keen eye for design and loves to mastermind and problem solve. He really modernized my estate while being resourceful , innovative and mindful. He was always extremely neat, clean , ethical , respectful and very reasonable. He tried to cut me costs , but was WORTH his talent, ideas and patience. For example ; He creative this dreamy outdoor floating bed swing on my property from recycling and repurposing products. Another way was he used metal shelving as a base to create an entertainment bar in the garage. It is very cool. Whom ever has see his work always raves. He had great ideas of ways to be very economical and did his homework. Everything he did looks first class. Top notch !!!!"

"The salesman and installer were true to their word. They installed my flooring in quoted amount of time and they were also very pleasant. I love my new kitchen floor!"

"Terrific !!! Tony did a perfect job of cleaning our gutters and downspouts. He charges a very fair price and is the nicest person you would ever want to deal with. I absolutely recommend him to anyone that needs gutters cleaned. He also does plumbing and electrical work."

"This is the second time I've turned to Mark for help in getting a home loan. The reason I'm a repeat customer is that Mark is great. He always gets me the absolute best rate and is an honest, tell-it-like-it-is person - so very appreciated during the confusing and scary process of getting a mortgage.
I tend to run a little on the neurotic side, and Mark handled my constant badgering and near freak-outs with great finesse, providing just the right amount of hand-holding and straight-up advice. This time around, I bought my home through a private sale, meaning neither party used a realtor. So I needed even more attention and guidance. Mark not only did a great job with the mortgage, he also gave me invaluable advice on issues related to the sale but outside his scope, such as home inspection.
A big THANKS to Mark. I couldn't have done it without you and Judy!
