Get matched with top carpenters in Paw Paw, IL

"I am a property owner who treats his home as his castle; and therefore, when searching for a custom interior trim contractor who also had top interior painting skills I was very exhaustive and particular in my selection process. I chose Drew Pro Carpentry for the job and was over-joyed. Andrew was knowledgable, honest, respectful of my property, on target as to time of completion, reasonably priced and an all around nice guy to work with. When unexpected problems arose he took it in stride, thought outside the box, and quickly resolved the issue. I intend to call upon him in the future for a. myriad of additional work and will always recommend him to friends and anyone else in need of his expertise. Wayne M"

"Yes he did a great job"

"Job was done the way I wanted it done in a timely fashion."

"Similar to other reviews Luis went above and beyond to refinish my original hardwood floors. We bought our new house and were searching for someone to do the job. After sending a couple emails, and calling for basic quotes, we went on Angi and immediately after searching for professionals Luis called. He had seen we were searching and told me he would come over the same day to check the floors and give us a quote and that was it. He set up a time to choose our stain, and even grabbed some extra so we could match our Butcher Block counters to our hardwoods. Not only did he start on our floors earlier than expected, he did an amazing job with what looked like an absolute mess before he started. We’re crazy about our floors, and even noticed that before he was finished they had added an extra touch by cleaning our air vents while the grates were off. A true professional and a good person, I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again!!"

"price is better other places magnets do not work keeping panels connected"

"The project turned out great! Progressive Restoration was awesome to work with. They were decisive, efficient, and skilled. Marc was super responsive, and the pricing for the job was more than fair. They will be our 1st call for any future carpentry work that comes up at our house. Highly recommend!"

"David gave me what I thought was a fair price for the work to be done. He asked for 1/2 up front. As a previous small business owner I did not feel this was unreasonable so I paid him 500.00. He estimated the work would take 3 to four days and I thought the same. After several no shows the "mason" showed up. The first clue was he came in a car. According to my wife he was here 2 hours and left, came back for another 2 hours the next day and left again. He said nothing to my wife about leaving or when he would be back. David called a day later to ask about coming out to look over the job and get the rest of the other 500.00. I said he isn't finished and he's only been here 4 hours. So then I looked up the prevailing wage in IL for a mason and found out it is 28.50 an hour. The next day the guy comes back for another 3 hours. David came to look at the work and I walked him around and showed him all of the places that had not been done. So the guy comes back again for about an hour. All told it was 8 hours work, nothing to write home about but it was agreed up front that I wasn't looking for an exposed brick look. I need it tuck pointed well enough so that I could drylock and paint the exposed brick. I will say this was done in the end. The worker left a mess that I and my wife had to clean up, I pointed this out to David as well. I told him I felt he was overly paid for the amount of work preformed and that was the end of it. It's really to bad. It's difficult to get contractors to do small jobs and I had plenty for him to do. I'm not unhappy, just would not hire again"

"They were punctual, professional and courteous, fair pricing, not only do I recommend them but I will use their company again."
