"The work ethic is excellent; on time and very diligent and focused in getting the job done. The completed project is absolutely professional. That applies to any project that I have had done. This is the only service I use because he returns your call, his price is reasonable and the completed work is amazing. Review by M. Richey in Penn Hills, PA"

"Chris is very professional and experienced. He not only completed all the repairs I originally hired him for, but also took the time to thoroughly check the house and point out other items that needed attention. He went above and beyond by taking care of several small fixes at no extra charge — tightening loose screws on a sagging screen door, adjusting a door strike plate so it would close properly, and carefully sealing exposed wood with caulk to prevent future issues. Chris is detail-oriented, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. Communication was easy, the job site was left clean, and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable handyman."

"Will was able to come and fix my door shortly after I requested a quote. He did a great job and completed it quickly. I recommend his company."

"Hardest working, most meticulous crew Iâ ve ever hired. Josh and Co. responded the day I inquired, completed an estimate, and got to work the same day! The three-man crew completely cleared, rebuilt, lined, mulched and planted several large planting beds and manicured a overgrown eroded slope on my 3-acre wooded property. I was shocked at what they got done by day three. My neighbor stopped over and immediately asked for their number. The price was more than fair for the quality and extent of work. Did I say meticulous? Highest recommendation, though Iâ m afraid theyâ ll get too busy :) Plan to hire again and often."

"We recently had Jeff install a new electrical outlet and he was able to squeeze us in right before Christmas even with his busy schedule. In the past we've had him repair siding and do a basement remodel and he's been great with everything. He went out of his way to make sure the siding replacement matched the old color perfectly when it was very difficult to find. I've seen a lot of siding repairs not match the original color so this seems to be uncommon. He transformed our basement from a basically unusable space to what's now probably my favorite room in the house. He's always been a pleasure to deal with, honest about work that needs to be done, and responds very quickly. One of the things I appreciate most is that he'll do a job the way you want it to be done and do it the right way. We've had too many people try to cut corners and tell us how they want things done so it's refreshing to find a professional that will treat you right. Highly recommended!"

"Incredibly nice and professional with the installation of crown moulding in our living and dining rooms. We were thrilled with the result and I am already looking for other jobs around the house to have them back to do more!"

"Excellent Company! Job Done Right! Great Customer Service! Highly Recommend! A shed that my husband built was damaged by large trees that fell into it by a strong winds and rain storm. C&M Construction and Remodeling LLC. was able to fix it!"

"Olde City was given the task of enclosing our patio that was basicly useless to us if the weather wasn't perfect. Our home is old and literally nothing on our home is straight or level. Our contractor took our house's condition into account and ensured we had the end results we were looking for. This job required a lot of work and we were very pleased with the results which added hundreds of square feet of usable space in our little house. Our kids now have a huge playroom to enjoy for years to come. Cannot recommend them enough. We will be hiring them again for our kitchen remodel."

"The work performed by the handyman service went good. We will request them to come back to finish up in January."

"Franky is incredible. Thinks design through, complete in all aspects. Neat high quality work and fairly priced. I would highly recommend Franky. He built out my unfinished basement, installed a bath, finished my garage and did my kitchen backsplash"
