"Armando arrived with 2 competent helpers on the first day, and finished the remaining tasks by himself on the second day. They worked quietly and efficiently. The work included installing a sink in the existing vanity in our guest bathroom. When installation problems arose, he solved them. He also removed our old master bath vanity, and installed a new one (which we had purchased at Lowe's). He discovered that the drawers of the new vanity were blocking the holes in the wall for the plumbing, but he solved that problem by rerouting the pipes. He and his helper did an excellent job painting the walls of both bathrooms with the paint that we supplied. He also painted the wainscoting in our hallway. His drop cloths protected our floors and carpets. We had a temperamental sliding glass door which now slides easily, and a cabinet door that shuts properly, thanks to Armando's work. We will hire him again because he is a competent multi-talented worker, and his prices are affordable."

"Chris was delightful to work with. We have a 1909 home that needed to be rennovated. He rennovated the bathroom, hallway, bedroom, fireplace, drywalled the rooms, leveled the floor and installed flooring, built front steps, leveled a pier, updated electricity, and put in the fireplace hearth. He did an excellent job on the entire house. We are very pleased! We will be using Chris and his crew again in the future on my own home."

"Our townhouse crawl space was so wet that cypress roots were growing under our house. The first floor living area and garage were damp and had odors from the crawl space. LRE performed a crawl space encapsulation including a perimeter drainage system, heavy plastic sheeting, sump pump, dehumidifier, and airtight access doors. Zach was the crew leader assisted by Tim and Ryan. During the 3 1/2 day project I was always informed when they would arrive to begin work. At the end of each work day Zach did a progress debrief with me - and the areas by the crawl access doors were swept clean. After completion the odors were gone and the indoor humidity was under control. The crew was very polite and respectful. I have worked in construction myself and can say that the work was first rate. Good job!"

"Craig and his worker were very professional. Called when they were leaving the other job. Then when arrived they knew the job, treated like family, price was reasonable for repairs. They also told us how to due maintenance which save us service calls. They will be replacing our accordian door to a new one for half the price our other electric one cost us in the past. So I am giving them a 5 star for all these reasons. Yes I am using them again, referral to others who need hurricane shutters and could be repaired if needed. I called give companies before finding Craig on your site. There are hardly in this area someone who can repair properly."
