"Felipe's wood working skills are fantastic. He had to replace a section of redwood molding around a window on a second story. The replacement molding wasn't an exact profile match but after he was done installing and painting, you would never know. It looks perfect. I also hired him to clean off a shed roof that was a mess. It turned out to be more work than he expected but he honored his bid and did another great job and cleaned up beautifully. He is a really great guy and we look forward to having him help us with our bathroom remodel."

"I recently hired Evolution Contracting for baseboard work in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Ulisses was incredibly quick and attentive to respond from the start. Not only was the craftsmanship excellent, but he is also very personable and easy to approach. It’s a relief to find someone who does great work and is easy to communicate with. I’m very happy with the job he did and will definitely be using him again for future projects!"

"I can’t begin to put into words how satisfied I am with the professionalism, efficiency and job I had done. Arnold and Devon were amazing and helped make this a seamless and effortless project from start to finish. And the workers Ruben, Ernesto, Emilio and Zero were hard workers and very courteous. I also needed a few additional items fixed around my house and they went the extra mile to throw those in too. When they left, they left it cleaner then they found it. I am forever grateful for their help and will advise everyone needing work done to see A&A for peace of mind and dependability to get their project done and be completely satisfied. Thank you A&A!"

"Throughout our project, their general construction services were consistently professional and reliable. They managed every detail flawlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish."

"FIVE STARS, an â Aâ for HOME2RENOVATE! My brother and I requested estimates from various licensed contractors to renovate the exterior of our 88 year old home. The existing exterior paint was peeling, the walls were uneven with cracks and the wood window frames were rotten. Basically the exterior was a big ugly mess. HOME2RENOVATE representative, Phil Shaffer, was very professional, informative, friendly and provided us a very reasonable quote. We felt comfortable to sign the contract the same day. The work started almost immediately. Our main contact was Jonathon Gonzales, the Project Manager (PM) which was on site every day, gave us daily updates and addressed any concerns, which were minimal, given the efficiently hard work of Ignacio Cruz (Carpenter) and Ivan B. (Painter) among the PMs excellent crew. The job was completed within a very reasonable time given some rainy days, the crew did a thorough job cleaning up and the quality is AWSOME! The house looks better than new and will remain this way with the HOME2RENOVATE warranty. At first, the job promised appeared to good to be true but HOME2RENOVATE actually under promised and over delivered which is very hard to find anywhere nowadays. We highly recommend HOME2RENOVATE for all your home improvement needs!"

"We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

"Ed and his crew did a great job and were responsive whenever my husband and I tried contacting them. We were glad to hire them and would recommend to anyone looking to have roofing work done in the area."

"Juan did an excellent job he came on time he cleaned up everything after he was done. He disposed of the boxes, and tidied up the space where he put the closet doors together. He was just awesome and professional definitely I am going to hire him to do more work. The doors didn’t actually fit properly….and he retrofitted them to make them fit and look nice. He was great!!"

"Frankie did an excellent job! He was on time and worked efficiently and completed the work quickly, at a competitive price. I would use him again!"
