Get matched with top carpenters in Rillito, AZ

"After receiving quotes from two other reputable landscaping companies, we decided to go with Blue Ribbon for two reasons: they had the BEST quality "turf" (similar pricing) and they were the only bid that suggested recycling our beautiful red brick (instead of buying expensive artistic pavers or flagstone) and re-design the pattern to a gorgeous Herringbone 45 degree angle AND seal the red brick giving it a fabulous glossy look. I have to tell you, I was nervous after I signed the contract, wrote a check and read a few negative reviews on Google sites but our experience was FANTASTIC!
Phil quoted us 4-6 weeks since they are in busy season and they came on week 6 (we were in no rush, it is 105 degrees outside!). The job took them a mere 3 days and it came out waaaaay BETTER than I expected/ envisioned! Truly- blown away with the quality of work and craftsmanship from his team! Not to mention, they were all extremely professional and wonderful to work with. Very courteous and polite!
Like any major project, I would highly recommend being home for the initial start and reviewing the contract and a diagram of your expectations with the crew supervisor... our brick was almost re-laid out in the same pattern! They were totally cool about it and made sure it was done exactly as planned.
About a month after the project was completed, we had extreme rainfall in Tucson and noticed a divot in the turf. Phil's team came over the very next day, pulled the turf back, filled the hole and good as new. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!
5 stars because they were awesome all the way- from Phil in Sales to the Crew who made our yard the envy of the neighborhood. I would HIGHLY recommend Blue Ribbon Builders.

"Worked with Lisa and Jay from Improvement, LLC, scope of work was to paint exterior of our home and entire block wall inside and out on perimeter of property line. Jay went above and beyond to explain and show concerned areas that needed more prep work such as stucco repairs. He gave his professional opinion and we agreed to get the job done the correct way and not take the short cut. Their team was able to complete the job in a timely manner and communicated with us every step of the way! The final results were immaculate, and we received tons of compliments from neighbors and people passing through our neighborhood. We highly recommend improvement LLC for all your home improvement projects. They were great to do business with and we look forward to having them complete future projects."

"They did a great job figuring out how to install the pot rack securely into my ceiling. There were some obstacles to getting it installed but the crew was able to problem solve the issue and get it installed. Highly recommend!"
