"Where to start, I love these guys they were respectful, courteous, they came and they worked very diligently. Lenny my project manager was a godsend and helped in everyway, even when we ran into a problem During the demo a water line was broken, and leaking for almost 4 days before we found it. I called Lenny and he handled it immediately and expedited. The company took care of all and any repairs, AND I DONT SEE THAT OFTEN! I absolutely love the siding, I've already had compliments and gave Home Genius future customers! If anybody needs siding, windows, or anything THIS is the company to call, I'm getting my windows from them in 6 weeks! On another not they weren't even afraid of 18 German Shepherds!"

"My 20-year old deck was in need of significant maintenance and repairs. When I contacted Troy-Bilt Construction through the Angi® Official Site, Troy replied with lightning fast speed and was available to meet me at my home to discuss my concerns in a timely fashion. I was most impressed with Troy’s ingenious solution to add additional support to my deck and to make additional repairs, and his proposal, pricing, and responsive service sold me immediately. Troy was able to stay on pace with the project timeline within the approved estimate, and the quality of his work was impeccable. Additionally, the value that I received for the work performed was significantly above other contractors who I have used in the past. If you’re looking for quality work and integrity throughout all aspects of operations, you won’t be disappointed if you choose Troy-Bilt Construction. I am pleased to be able to provide my highest recommendation for Troy, and I plan to used his services in the future."

""What a pleasure it was to work with Dan and his crew! You could not find a more genuine and honest group of people to work with! The following is a list of words and phrases that describe the experience we had with Expertise Painting as they painted the outside of our residence and an outbuilding: punctual- arrived by 8AM each morning to get started; excellent communicator; quality work; professional; courteous; friendly - even the neighbor's dogs came over to greet them each day; meticulous - caulked every crack, nail head, carpenter bee, and woodpecker hole on the whole house before painting; above-and-beyond; greatly desirous of our feedback throughout the job; cleaned up after each day . . . I'm sure there's more, but I think you get the picture. When it came to selecting colors, they painted large swatches of color in all parts of the house to give us an idea of how the colors would look in shade, direct sunlight, and at different times of day. When it came to the trim, Dan worked with us to actually create a color that was more like what we wanted and then took it to Sherwin Williams to match. We continue to be very pleased with the outcome - enough to hire Expertise Painting a 2nd time for another project!""
