"They did a really good job and they stand behind their work. The prices are competitive and they take pride in their work. I had a really old front door that was not insulated and they put in a new one with plenty of insulation. They also put in a new storm door and a garage side door that meant making a new doorway that's sealed properly. They answered all my questions and were respectful of the property"

"Tyler and his crew have done multiple projects for our house, including a new roof, repairing drywall from a water leak, and replacing siding and soffit. They always treated us fairly, promptly and with respect. Tyler gave us a fair quote and was quick to finish all of the projects. He was awesome. Thanks Tyler."

"My husband and I were both very pleased with their work and their work ethic. They were easy to talk to, pleasant to be around and conscientious. We love these guys. We have already contracted with them for additional work. We were very pleased And highly recommend Y & b Mainenance and Janitorial services. Thank you Chad and Doug"

"They were great.  The guy who came out to give me the estimate gave me a lot of tips on what to do with the baseboards and window frames and he was great.  The painters came out, they were time, they were neat, got the job done and I would definitely use them again."

"Where has this wonderful, energetic, professional man been all of our lives? He is like a miracle! What a super job he did! We would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is neat, particular, professional and very personable. My husband and I were so very pleased with his work. He is reasonable and let's you know exactly what he is going to do before he does it. We are giving his cards our to our neighbors!"

"He did an excellent job and I would recommend him for any job."

"The powerwash was done a couple weeks after the purchase, since then they have cancelled the stain application 3 times due to weather, 2 of which were perfectly sunny, warm days. It is not too late in Michigan to perform this work. On a side note, I have had multiple instances now with them using the Angie's List message system where it appeared as if my messages were going unanswered. Then I would get multiple responses from them at once, each one appearing to answer my prior unanswered question. They are blaming that on delays in the Angie's List message system, claiming they DID answer my questions but the message to me was delayed for some reason. I don't know if that is true or not. If it is true it will drastically change how I review them."
