Get matched with top carpenters in Sanford, FL

"EXCELLENT. Their workmanship is VERY GOOD. Workers are friendly. They take the time to put down protective paper on hardwood floors etc to protect your home furnishings during their work process. We are very pleased with the work One of A Kind Carpenter performed at our home. We would definitely recommend them."

"Very high quality workmanship. I interviewed 12 contractors and none of them knew what to do or how to do the job. They were box makers not fine furniture carpenters Some just refused the job outright because it involved matching existing stain. No problem took a sample draw to Sherman Williams and their machine matched it ! True professional!"

"hired Chris to replace an damaged wooden fence. upon completion of job noticed several panels with large splits and the fence was not secure in one area.I was not satisfied He had attached the new fencing to the old damaged posts.I never asked him to cut corners he then added new posts next to the old ones and replaced the split panels.I wanted to pay when the job was done correctly.he wanted me to pay him before the job was corrected. wrote me numerous emails demanding payment .said he thought i was trying not to pay him...I did not hire him to do a ship shod job.. 30 years this was my first bad experience with someone i hired. got him from angis list. paid $2300.if you hire him make sure you are both on the same page.."

"Eddie and his team did an outstanding refinish of our oak floors. Kitchen renovation with island footprint moved and 1500 square feet of sand and stain(dark walnut) of the existing floor. Several companies tried to sell us new flooring. Eddie was confident he could refinish our floors and provide us with great results. Eddie exceeded our expectations in every way.
