They are a bit more in price but when you feel the difference in materials you understand why. Also financing was a easy phone call that was done in five minutes.

"We suffered break-in attempt in Fair Oaks Phoenix Field area. Alarm scared away the idiot who tried to kick-in front door. Ruined custom door jamb, cracked drywall, misaligned small window frame next to door. Front oak door itself had only scratches and a footprint on exterior face. For security reasons, we required a quick, same day repair and contacted Handyman Contractor. The contractor/carpenter recognized the difficulty in providing a complete repair for the damage to the deep/wide custom jamb in a short amount of time. He did what he could with the time frame given. However cost for materials and labor was almost 3/4 of what the subsequent and complete repair cost. Unsure if we'd use the service again.

"Guys did a great job as promised.  Took advantage of a $999 special; an additional $300 for extra exterior door painting.  Approximately $1000 in paint necessary but we chose top quality paint in lieu of having Better Choice select paint.  House was power washed and some trim replaced prior to painting.  Some delays due to the high temperatures we experienced that pushed out the job a couple of times.

"Aaron did a great job of repairing drywall, texturing to match. He also did a fantastic job of repairing baseboard, mitering replacement wood to fit perfectly. Once painted no one will ever know there were repairs. I'd have no hesitation in hiring him again."
