"We needed some work done to the front door of our home. Looked for contractors on Angieâ s list and found Tracy. He called shortly after we posted the job was promptly here to look at it. Gave a good quote and was able to complete the work within a few hours. Very happy with his work, very personable guy. Will use him again if I need further work."

"I was surprised at how much work it takes to remove old original doors and install new ones. Robbie did an excellent job of detailing what he needed to do to reframe the doorways to fit the new doors to make a solid and tight close. He also painted the doors. Now that it is complete, it makes our garage look pretty - - imagine that! Robbie also installed a new toilet and determined cause of leak for the old one after having two other plumbing companies come out and be unable to resolve the issue over the last 5 years, leading us to not use the toilet. 24 hours later, no leaking and we have a working toilet. He beat the quotes we got from other contractors, stayed in communication, and showed up on time; a rarity in the world of contractors. Thank you!"

"Excellent job on replacement and painting of my wooden porch railing!! Was available right away ,got the job done fast, and offered great pricing!! Will definitely be calling for future repair jobs."

"showed up when we agreed, started working and didn't stop till he was done, hard worker, good job, ya'll hire this guy...we'll be calling for more later."

"Technician did a great job! Door has not worked this well since it was replaced!"

"We paid what we felt was a fair price for the work done. They did schedule a date and time for the work that we had not been asked about beforehand, it just happened to work with our schedule. The mason was also much later than the appointment time, which also fortunately worked with our schedule. He did call to say he was running behind, but was finally at the house later than his estimate, even. He was still finishing work on our chimney when it was almost dark outside."

"recently had the pleasure of working with Simms Renovation on my home renovation project, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire team was professional and attentive. They transformed my kitchen into a beautiful and functional space, paying great attention to detail. The project manager, Mr. Simmons, was always available to answer my questions and kept me updated on the progress. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and they completed the project on time. I highly recommend Simms Renovation to anyone looking for reliable and skilled professionals for their renovation needs. Thank you for making my vision a reality!""

"We hired this company to do a major renovation to our home, which included replacing flooring throughout the house, removing popcorn ceilings and painting throughout the house, kitchen and half bathroom remodel, new lighting, total renovation of our FROG to include built-in cabinets. The workers were prompt and professional, the owner Rafael was very available with any questions and they worked well with me with changes I made throughout the project. Also, they were flexible with me as far as scheduling work in the rooms that were cleared out, as we remained living in the home during this project and it worked out very well! Below are before and after pic of the kitchen and the FROG."

"Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the work I needed very quickly. I'm extremely happy with the work they did and the price was very reasonable."
