"I went over the fence repairs with Alex Salazar, and he gave me a price for the work and materials of $500 cash. He arrived on time on Dec 14th and completed the repair, which took about 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I checked the work and complained that the gate he built was leaning. He came back on 12/18 and said that the fence post to which he had attached the gate was rotted at the bottom and would have to be replaced. I do not know why he did not notice this when he did the original repair?? Anyway, he said he will return tomorrow to replace the fence post to which the new gate is attached. This cost me an added fee, but he did show up on 12/24/21 and did the job, also installing a gate latch."

"I recently worked with The Recovery Room to install a Magnatrac motorized screen for my pool pavilion in Panama City Beach, Florida, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The sales process was straightforward and professional, and the level of customer service throughout the project was exceptional. Even when delays occurred on my end, their team handled everything with patience and flexibility. They securely stored the custom-ordered screen components and coordinated installation timing without pressure or inconvenience, which made a complex project feel easy. The installation itself was smooth, and the Magnatrac motorized screen has been a true upgrade to the space. It adds both functionality and convenience, transforming the pavilion into a comfortable outdoor environment that allows me to enjoy Florida’s climate with far greater control. I highly recommend The Recovery Room to anyone in Panama City Beach looking to enhance an outdoor living area"
