"Abe replaced damaged areas of my deck, stained it, and installed posts from which I was able to hang lighting and shade options in my backyard, which previously had none. The latter of this work was an idea he presented to me and that I had never considered myself, with very little added cost. Abe is efficient while also providing incredible quality. I was blown away by the amount of work he achieved in a short period of time, and even more impressed that there was no need for touchups afterward (although he offered to come back with no added cost if anything were to arise). This is the first contractor I have worked with who I felt wasn’t pressuring me into more than I needed. He assessed the work to be done, gave feedback on any potential hiccups that could arise, and made me feel entirely comfortable throughout the entire process with clear communication. "The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

He built the steps coming down from the back door and the other areas onto the patio just how I wanted them to be. He painted it as well! Many compliments from neighbors and guests. Very pleased he kept me in the loop and made sure things were as I wanted. If issues came up, he was very quick to solve them with my approval. "I had a great experience hiring them to paint my kitchen cabinets. Each day arriving on time, letting me know the process along the way. In addition to this, details that I may not have considered were covered. For example there was a corner trim piece to my cabinet missing. They went to Home Depot, purchased the piece and brought me a receipt for reimbursement. It looks much nicer when these details are noticed. My kitchen looks wonderful. I am very happy."
