"Sometimes you find a contractor that is a professional but rarely can you call them a friend once the job is completed. Gary is that. He’s patient, listens and delivers on the project game plan. I hesitated to write this post because I don’t want him to get too busy lol but it’s best to share when you find a great contractor so others may benefit so here you go. Call Gary, but an allocate more than 10 minutes on the phone lol. And that’s a good thing. Pictures to follow."

"I am a developer in the DC area. They do all of my work. They are the most cost-effective and most reliable welding company in the area. The best quality work as well."

"Overall the staff I dealt with were very nice and professional showed up at the appointment time. One thing I did not realize is that the appointment would take a while as they really go into the details of designing a closet based on your direct input and specifications. Unfortunately I had to end the meeting as I had another vendor coming to provide a quote and didn't realize the amount of time that was required of the appointment (my husband had set it up). Honestly for someone like me and the type of house I have I wanted to something quality but not overly specific to my taste I'm all about putting in enhancements to my home that will last the tests of time and ever changing style preferences."

"We hired Carlos and Oscar to do some landscaping around our house and it was done perfectly. They did exactly what we needed and were so professional and courteous. We will definitely be asking them to come back in the fall and some other project we have in mind."

"We actually hired them for several projects: Roofing, Siding,, windows and doors, gutters, trim etc. each project team was highly skilled for the project and work was completed correctly the first time. Great service from sales, project management and all the departments to get the project completed on time. Communication was excellent. Happy customer with a now beautiful home."

"United Capital Construction sets the standard for professionalism in remodeling work and for overall quality of work. Its workmen are very experienced and very competent. They are also patient and careful in performing their work. Our project involved complete renovations of three full size bathrooms, one of which was a master bathroom. The work was completed on time and on budget. Daniel provided very helpful design advice, which helped every step of the way. Karmen provided very helpful administrative and organizational support. We highly recommend them and their company."

"I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."

"Great Experience – Highly Recommend Power House Home Improvement provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. He was patient, responsive to my questions, and flexible with scheduling. He arrived as planned, and when we had to reschedule due to a broken furniture part I discovered during unboxing, he was completely understanding. Once the replacement part arrived, he responded quickly and returned to complete the job. The entire furniture assembly was finished in under two hours and done efficiently and professionally. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend his services."

"Great experience. The job was expensive but very helpful in improving the appearance and function of my home."

"They remodeled a portion of my deck so I could have a place to sit in the warmer weather to enjoy my dinner. They were able to finish it in a day and it looks absolutely wonderful. It all came together after the table and chairs and hanging lights were added. 10/10 would recommend!"
