In addition to being fine craftsman, Rus was very easy to communicate with (he always answered phone calls, and texts quickly), they showed up on the day and time that they had promised, and they finished the job in the amount of time originally estimated. Additionally, they were very careful with our home. As you can see in the photos, they covered all the floors and our entryway while they were working. Lastly, Rus and his crew were genuinely nice. I have worked with a lot of construction crews, and I’ve run into quite a few grumps. It’s nice to meet a group of guys who obviously enjoy their work, it clearly showed in their demeanor. "Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."
