"Brett did a great job with a difficult crown molding installation in an ~ 200 year old house with bowed walls and bad corners. He was very meticulous and did a nice job “hiding” gaps where the walls bowed."

"We hired Josh to replace a decaying wooden stairway in the front of the house. He knew what to do, made some helpful suggestions (which made the project better or saved some money), and did a great job. Interaction with the office was easy and friendly with quick turnaround. We will likely hire Josh's team again in the future for a window replacement, for which he is particularly skilled and experienced. We recommend Josh Reichard Home Improvements."

"Beautiful job. This company is highly recommendable; especially David T. who was the builder and was in communication the entire project. Very pleased with his work."

"Terry and crew, as well as those he contracted out for the more complex areas, were all terrific at their work as well as careful with the house and our conditions. A complete gut job requiring new electric, plumbing ceiling and floor too. Our house over 110 years created any number of issues. They dealt with good humor and attention, even finding a solution to matching up trim to existing trim design which required a lot of extra work. Any changes in prices before work were fully discussed and no surprises. Would easily work with them again"

"Fantastic work done NS home remodeling"

"I had an excellent experience. They did exceptional work and the house looks 100x better. Ethan was my project manager and made sure I was happy with the end result!"

"I had the attic of a rental property converted into two bedrooms which needed framing, hanging sheet rock, base board molding installed and handing doors. Tom was able to fit me into his schedule and complete the work with-in 2 weeks. He came back quickly fixed a few misunderstandings as to what my expectations were and it looks great. I am excited about the finished project. I would contract out with him again."

"Quickly measured and installed hand railing and Bannister for a fair price. Great communication, aware of and good with kids and pets. Did a great job and left house cleaner then they found it."

"MZ Handyman Services has shown that they will go out of their way to satisfy me as a customer. I will recommend them anytime."
