"This company is top notch all the way. We put in a whole new kitchen (with hickory cabinets!), flooring, backsplash, and appliances, updated dining room, family room, and powder room. Chris and Nathan really know what they are doing. They are very professional, nice and so easy to work with. They gave us lots of ideas we were not even thinking about. The end result is gorgeous! We are so happy with their work. Simeon does fantastic tile work. Price was right and work was above and beyond. The painter they hired for our home was fantastic - we really liked Paul. "The work was done over 2 days. He was punctual both days. The backsplash tile I chose contained a mixture of glass tiles and natural stone. The work he did was not great. The cuts he made were chipped and uneven. I called the company who sent him back the next day and although he worked on it for awhile, it still looked poorly done. I ended up having a licensed tile installer redo the areas for $115. Also, after the installation of the new light fixture, I had issues with the light tripping the electrical circuit. I had an electrician come out and he said the light had been installed improperly and that was causing the issue. He reinstalled the light. Another $115. The Mr. Handyman technician did a decent job with the pass-thru. The only negative is that when he selected the area of the board to cut, he chose the area with a clear knot in the wood to face out. A more careful carpenter would have inspected the board first and let the knot end up in the waste cut. But it was easily concealed with the trim piece I chose to install after seeing it. I would probably not use Mr. Handyman again."

They came up with a solution and the finished job looked as if it was the original decor. Would I hire Tim and his crew again? You bet! "We were disappointed by the roofers being late more than once to work on our roof (without calling or letting us know). They also had poor communication. They told us we needed fascia boards replaced on the roof due to rotting wood, proceeded to do everything except replace the fascia boards, and then never let us know about the change in plans. This left us thinking they did an incomplete project. They did however pick up every time we called, but never initiated communication. We are also happy with how our roof was repaired, just not happy with the communication or punctuality"
