One thing I did not realize is that the appointment would take a while as they really go into the details of designing a closet based on your direct input and specifications. Unfortunately I had to end the meeting as I had another vendor coming to provide a quote and didn't realize the amount of time that was required of the appointment (my husband had set it up).
