"Allen was very responsive and courteous. Overall the job was very fast and efficient and he did come back per his guarantee to work a couple of problem areas. The damage from our cats was so severe that the carpet cleaning could not remove the odor, but this was not due to a lack of effort on Allen's part. He would have continued to return and try to work the problem areas but ultimately we determined that the situation was deeper than the carpet and carpet pad and therefore not under his service guarantee. "I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. Most of the heavy traffic compression was also lightened.
