The work they did was very professional and looks great, and they were responsive to any changes I wanted (re-grouting a different color on the floor, and re-setting some of the tiles, for example). The communication was great too - and I always felt like David and Anthony responded to me quickly and resolved any issues. We had a problematic custom sink and stone top and it ended up looking amazing. They also built a custom enclosure for the heating pipe and it turned better than expected.
