Hi, my name is Kyra! I am currently a Cybersecurity student attending Fox Valley Technical College. I've finished my first year, and I was put on the Dean's List. I am very hardworking in school, but also in my living environment. I am very clean, and I clean for others around me often. As of recently, I have not been living in a constant home, unfortunately. A goal I have is to be able to afford an apartment soon, so that I can support myself! Even though I am only 20 years old, I have Arthritis, and I've had it since I was 5 years old. There are certain limitations I have, but I usually am able to find workarounds to still get the job done successfully. I look forward to meeting you!

As a cleaning company owner im really juggling three roles at once, business owner, employer, and service provider. I have strong organizing and scheduling skills to route crews and equipment to the right places on time. Project management skills I also have solid people skills such as hiring, training, and managing a crew. Basic finance and budgeting, tracking costs, payroll, pricing jobs, and keeping cash flow healthy. I have dealt with clients and handle complaints without losing my cool. I know cleaning standards and safety, understand chemicals, equipment, and OSHA rules well enough to keep everyone safe. For responsibilities, I’m in charge of finding and keeping clients through bids and outreach. Scheduling jobs and making sure the right team shows up for the right job

"Tim and his crew did a great, timely job. They arrived early and were done within 6 hours. I had several obstacles to work around and Tim found a solution for each one. Final quality and appearance exceeded my expectations. Responsiveness (visit, quote, final appointment) from the first time I reached out was excellent. Crew was professional and friendly. Would highly recommend for any suspended ceiling install."

"Donny came in and gave me a great quote. His price was much lower than his competitiors by at least $1000. After reading many great reviews that he already had on Angie's list I knew the Mastercat was the company I was going to hire in. Donny was very flexible with my schedule and was actually able to start the day after I accepted his quote. The crew that came in was very professional and courteous. They sealed everything off making sure nothing got into the rest of the house. As they started to remove the molded area, they found more areas that were contaminated. The guys called me right away and made sure that it was ok to proceed and voiced that it was cost more, which I was fine with. After the scrubbed the air for two days, they returned and installed the drywall. They taped, mudded and sanded it down and it looked great. When it came to painting the closet and adjacent room, they were able to match the colors perfectly. Also, the adjacent ceiling was textured and they matched the texturing perfectly; it can't even be noticed. Overall Mastercat and their employees were very professional and did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone that has a mold remediation need."

"I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I received from Custom Craft Environmental. I wanted to have my bathroom inspected for asbestos as I am doing some remodeling (including ripping out tile). Throughout the process I worked with a gentlemen named Rich. During correspondence prior to the inspection date, Rich was always very responsive and professional. On the inspection date, Rich was on time and, again, professional. While my main concern was tile, a thorough inspection was done of the whole bathroom area (including checking under the carpeted portion of the bathroom space). I was also very impressed by Rich's vast knowledge. As we talked more generally about my living space, I learned that there is a hazardous substance in the type of ceiling I have - something I never would have thought of! I'm not doing any ceiling removal/remodeling, but if I ever do, now I know. And last but not least, the price was right!

"Chris was called about a small leak in our dining room ceiling. He immediately recognized it as mold, and recognized that the problem was likely more advanced than just the water damage on the ceiling. He cut out small parts of the walls near the joists and discovered our fairly significant mold problem. He secured the room and immediately gave us recommendations on the remediation, the predicted extent of the problem and the cost. This was discovered in early December (not the time of year you want to be displaced from your home due to mold) and despite his busy schedule, he and his crew set to work in the evenings to get our drywall down and the mold remediation begun. He kept us updated regularly on the progress of the project, as well as other developments he discovered. He provided sound recommendations, alternative options and reasonable pricing. He and his crew were neat and tidy, and performed excellent finish work. From beginning to end, we were only out of the house for about a week due to the chemicals being used and having a small child and dog. Chris stands by his word and his work. He was reasonable on his pricing and went the extra mile to make sure the room looked fantastic. One of our return vents was broken in the process and he not only replaced it, but painted our other returns white so they would all match. He and his son went over our baseboards and window frames with a coat of murphy's oil soap to make the room shine. We have an older house that appears dated, but when they were done, the room obvious had had a facelift. We are bringing them back to do more projects this spring/summer."

"He believes that frost during the winter was cause of the issue, and recommends that I simply insulate more where the moisture appeared (since there seems to be a lot of cold air coming in where we opened up the ceiling). He believes that the roof is in good shape, and there's no cause for doing any expensive roof repairs at this time.
I appreciate the simple recommendation to start rather than suggesting expensive repairs. I will definitely contact him if there does seem to be an actual roof leak.

A drop ceiling is a type of secondary ceiling that is dropped down below the actual ceiling of a room, hence the name. It’s made up of ceiling tiles (made of fiberboard, foam, wood, metal, or plastic) supported by a metal grid. The space between the drop ceiling and the structural ceiling can be used to hide wiring, pipes, and HVAC ducts.
Most drop ceiling installations take about two to three days, including the time needed to build the grid frame, install it, and place each ceiling tile properly. Your installation might take more time if you need to modify plumbing, HVAC ducts, or electrical wiring to accommodate the new ceiling.
Most drop ceilings require a clearance of at least three inches from the structural ceiling, though you’ll likely need more than that to make space for pipes, ducts, lights, fans, sprinklers, or wiring. In many places, building codes require a minimum ceiling height of seven feet, which can limit the amount of clearance you’ll have between your drop ceiling and structural ceiling.
Yes, you can paint a drop ceiling, but it’s not always recommended. Painting a drop ceiling can sometimes void your warranty because using improper paint or technique can cause the tiles to sag. Paint can also negatively affect the fire resistance, soundproofing, and light reflection of the panels. Consider these downsides before taking on ceiling painting costs.
