"I am very pleased with the results of my remodel of two bathrooms. With Nathan’s initial design assistance to Mike’s daily presence at the job site. Their crew did an excellent job even working through unknown plumbing problems that were encountered. They cleaned up at the end of each day and quickly corrected any issues that arose during the remodel process. I would recommend Pristine for any quality remodel project. They even replaced a couple of lights for LED and added a cabinet to my kitchen."

"Derek, the owner of Local Home Services, Inc, did an outstanding job for me. I would definitely hire him again in the future. He installed a new LED flourescent light over my kitchen sink in my apartment (something I had been wanting for over a year. He also installed a new switch in my art studio so and a new overhead light fixture that can now be turned on without flickering. He made several trips to Home Depot to find just the right light to install in the middle of the ceiling. In addition, he installed a file closet room. Now I don't have to stand on a chair in the dark to look for things. The total cost for labor and materials was just $492.50. What a deal I highly recommend this company. "We had a TINY bathroom with almost no storage. It was so small, we could barely turn around in it. Tony came in, listened to what we wanted and immediately designed a remodel. He worked with our budget and did not try to sell us on extras we didn't need or want. His crew was neat and punctual. "He tried to price gouge on materials. Keep a record and ask for receipts. Josh asked if I would pay him and a helper on one of his many 1 hour work sessions. I agreed to pay him and his friend Thinking this would MAYBE expedite this way longer than a “2 day job” as he PROMISED me initially. His friend didn’t seem to know how to use a power drill. He secured ONE 2x4 to my ceiling with the last wood screw 1/4 of the was into the board and upset when I refused to pay him for this visit. I was asked to assist him numerous times. Josh flaked on many appointments multiple times. I had to sand the ceiling myself and find a painter to finish the ceiling drywall because Josh would not return my texts or calls. What a headache. Beware."
