I ran back to Lowe’s to buy a fourth fan and Michael moved on to the second ceiling fan by the time I got back he was able to take the first one down that didn’t work and install the new one I bought. Michael didn’t leave until we understood how to run the remotes. Michael was friendly. He arrived in the time window he specified. Tidy (he took away all of the garbage from the boxes).
