While there were a couple of hiccoughs along the way due to its challenging nature, Jonathan and his crew listened and took really good care of me by finding solutions to unforseen problems. He arrived on time and I explained what we needed. After examining the beams and drawings, he was honest to say it was a bit too difficult for him. He showed me the issues that would be very difficult for anyone and suggested I locate someone who had actually installed these particular beams. Great suggestion which I intend to follow. He was so professional and pleasant that I just wish he could do the work. I would recommend him without reservation."
