"A water leak from the upstairs bathroom created a mess in the drywall ceiling of my garage. Jesse gave me a very reasonable estimate to repair the damaged areas. He opened up access to the leak and gave me a chance to have a plumber come in and repair that part of the project. By that time, the water damage had spread to a couple more areas, and I notified Jesse of the increase in the scope of the project. He promptly returned, reassessed the damage, and provided me with another reasonable estimate. We gave the area about a week to dry out, and then Jesse (and Juan) returned to do the work. And what work they did--my ceiling looks perfect and matches the rest of the textured ceiling flawlessly. They worked at a steady pace, they worked cleanly and professionally, no loud music to fill the rest of the house while they were working, and when he notified me that they were done, I went out and was extremely well-pleased with the result. "They did a Complete Home Flip!! Starting outside wood repair and replace. To Prime and paint To update kitchen cabinets to new. New Pergo flooring in kitchen and both bathrooms. All priming and painting of ceilings walls, and installed new baseboard and quarter round in all rooms. Installed new six panel doors in place of the old doors throughout the house, new metal front door and new metal back door installed. Also installed all new light fixtures in kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. Tom and his helper Mike are outstanding individuals very professional to the point and take notes very well with what you would like done.
