"Derek, the owner of Local Home Services, Inc, did an outstanding job for me. I would definitely hire him again in the future. He installed a new LED flourescent light over my kitchen sink in my apartment (something I had been wanting for over a year. He also installed a new switch in my art studio so and a new overhead light fixture that can now be turned on without flickering. He made several trips to Home Depot to find just the right light to install in the middle of the ceiling. In addition, he installed a file closet room. Now I don't have to stand on a chair in the dark to look for things. The total cost for labor and materials was just $492.50. What a deal I highly recommend this company. "Monty does excellent work. I needed a window AC installed which involved some custom fitting and mounting. I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns. He made sure the whole installation was well sealed off using generous amounts of silicone.I highly recommend him for any handyman work you might need accomplished."
