"Everything went as planned. Workers arrived on time, were polite and respectful of my home, cleaned up everyday. There was NO post acostic ceiling removal mess for me to clean like EVERYONE told me I would have! They were so meticulous with their taping off and covering that the entire job was painless for me. They worked around my schedule and were reasonable in their pricing. Matt Clark, owner, was easier to work with and cared very much that I was happy with the work. He provided me the name of an electrician(Summit Electric) that was equally as meticulous in his work. I am going to have Matt and his crew return in the future to do additional work for me."

"Derek, the owner of Local Home Services, Inc, did an outstanding job for me. I would definitely hire him again in the future. He installed a new LED flourescent light over my kitchen sink in my apartment (something I had been wanting for over a year. He also installed a new switch in my art studio so and a new overhead light fixture that can now be turned on without flickering. He made several trips to Home Depot to find just the right light to install in the middle of the ceiling. In addition, he installed a file closet room. Now I don't have to stand on a chair in the dark to look for things. The total cost for labor and materials was just $492.50. What a deal I highly recommend this company. "The first time I hired Victor it was to finish a project that my previous (not-so) handyman had abandoned (a converted attic space to closet). As difficult as it was to pick up where someone else had left off, Victor made it look easy. He completed the job in less time than he had estimated for a fair price and offered suggestions on design elements. Since then, I have hired Victor to complete a reading nook with pre-fab drawer, install an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and flooring in two rooms. Victor is the epitome of a "handyman", he is a master in everything from carpentry to electrical. Victor is extremely professional and just an all-around great guy to work with. I love the fact that he does all of the work himself. That's one issue I've experienced in the past; contractors bringing shady characters into my home that carelessly damaging ceilings and walls. I wholeheartedly recommend Victor for any home project you have."

"Nathan and his crew recently did a partial remodel of our master bathroom. It is now a beautiful tub/shower. They did a wonderful job removing the old shower/tub, and drywall. Now there is a jacuzzi tub, travertine on the shower walls up to the ceiling, and new fixtures for the shower and sink. It looks like a museum piece. They also clean up thoroughly before they leave everyday, there are contractors that are not nearly as thorough as Nathan's team is. A great experience from start to finish, if you are in need of a remodel, don't hesitate to call Nathan"
