He also upgraded our vanity/sink, faucet and medicine cabinet. Since he noticed the need to caulk the the toilet, he advised of the need and took care of it. Also, he identified the need to replace the tile in the shower/tub area and will be taking care of that for us to prevent water damage. If Nick noticed some issue/concern, he mentioned it and offered to resolve it.
