"Luke was very personable and professional. He spent 2hrs. with us in the initial meeting. He went through every step of the process. He was on time and ready to go. He finished on time. A true expert when it comes to suspended ceiling. So glad we called him. Iâ  ve already talked to friends that have been thinking about basement ceilings. Thanks Luke!"

"Very well, all problems that came up (and renos always have problems) were brought to my attention and fixed immediately."

"He came in took at the problem! Half of our ceiling fell. He gave us quotes for just a fix the 1/2 that fell & then we asked about the whole ceiling quote! He is a very hard worker! I would definitely have him come back if I needed more dry or even painting!"

"Jay does amazing work down to fine detail and listens to what the homeowner wants. Our home was big project (drywall repairs, paint walls, trim, and ceiling) and I am thoroughly impressed by how every edge of every trim and angle is cut precisely. There’s no paint bleeding from the trim to the wall, from the wall to the ceiling, from the trim to the floor. The ceilings have no roller lines left over. Every trim nail is punched and every crack and crevice is caulked. People who think they can paint their own house aren’t going to take all of this work and time into consideration. All I had to do was choose colors and finishes and he did the rest with great hustle and attitude. Well worth it & will definitely be going with High Standards Drywall LLC from now on."

"They showed up on time and the work was great! Great price too. We needed our basement done before a party we had at our home. And they got us in and got it done so quick and looked amazing. I will be using them again for my office and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends."

"Was not up to my standards. Very nice people though."

"Absolute perfection!! These guys are so professional.. they keep you informed every step of the way. They even protect your flooring throughout the entire house before they begin the project. We will DEFINITELY be using Exquisite Touch for future home projects. STELLAR EXPERIENCE!!!💯💯💯"

"I had wet plaster cracks on my ceiling and walls. The repairs were seamlessly made, the existing paint was perfectly matched and the paint job was neatly done."

"The girls did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great job! Our bathrooms never looked so sparkly!"

"Overall, Tom was personable, professional, and he got the job done fairly easily. I trusted his judgment in what kind of mounting hardware to use into the wall -- which was probably the one issue I had with how things went. Mr Handyman only provides their labor; the customer needs to provide ALL materials, which initially was challenging because the guy that I spoke to on the phone said that I had to wait until their guy arrived to even know what parts to get! He said the handyman would tell me what to get, and I'd need to go to the store -- while the guy is at my house -- and get the mounting hardware! (As a side note ... who would leave their house with someone they don't know inside it?). But then when I protested on the phone, he suggested I go to Home Depot and ask them, and get what they suggested (which made me wonder ... I'm hiring them for THEIR knowledge, right??). So my solution, which was the least painful in my mind, was to go to the hardware store and buy multiple different mounting options, and have them available for their guy to choose from (after which, I'll take the ones he didn't use back to the store). The only other point was the price, which, to explain ... Mr Handyman is a bit on the high side, because they charge for a full hour in addition to their service fee, even though Tom was only actually working at my house for about 30-40mins."
